Authentication is not authorisation. Cloudflare verifies the email identity; the role below controls what the volunteer service is permitted to return. Imported addresses are marked for review until management confirms their role.
Phone and SMS sign-in are not enabled. Cloudflare One-time PIN sends the code by email.
Named, time-bounded work
Give each volunteer only the arrival details, supervisor and short task list needed for a particular shift. These assignments do not contain safeguarding or formal incident details.
A keyholder assignment also limits when the protected alarm reveal is normally available.
Public website
Edit the public website. The visual editor shows each page as visitors see it: click to select, double-click to type, and rearrange sections, pictures and layout, with Claude or ChatGPT to help. Nothing goes live until you publish, and every publish can be undone.
